Our Last Day in London

Seven Seas in Sifnos

While we were hanging out in the pool at our hotel in Sifnos, we met a couple who told us about Seven Seas. It is basically a restaurant/bar with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. They said as long as you spend 3.50 Euros each you can hang out at the pool all day. This sounded too good to be true to me... even for Greece. Steve walked down one afternoon to check it out, and found out it was indeed true!

It was just a short walk from our hotel (maybe .7 km?), and you get to enjoy views like this while you walk 😀

When you arrive you can choose to sit in the shade...

... or in the sun 😀

They had a pretty good menu that included drinks, lots of alcoholic drinks and food. We opted for the smoothie and some lunch 😀

You can't see it in the photo, but right behind Steve is a nice table in the shade where they set us up to eat lunch.

The most glorious thing about this place though is the pool! It overlooks the bay in Sifnos. I can't even begin to describe it in words... I'll just let the photos do the talking!

The first day we went, we almost had the pool to ourselves!

We went back the next day, which was much busier, but still not too crowded to enjoy the pool and the view 😀

If you are in Sifnos, and like to laze about and enjoy the view this is definitely the place to do it! It is right in front on the Delfini Hotel. The restaurant/pool is family owned (as are most things in Greece) and run by two sisters. They said they live in Athens for the winter, and then come run the Seven Seas for the summer season. We found the prices to be very reasonable... and well... the view speaks for itself!

There I am over on the far side, trying to enjoy the last bit of sun before it sets!

I have to throw in one more photo. As we were walking home, we saw this little area, which just has so many things that remind me of Greece all in one place that I couldn't help taking a photo of it!
